Solution
By Varignon's Theorem quadrangle is a parallelogram and its sides are parallel to the diagonals of trapezoid , so it is a rectangle (Fig. 38). Denote the intersection point of and . Then from the properties of rectangular we get that: , so is rectangular. That means , and since then .
